Hello again for the fifth time.
Not that anyone cares, but we're back with a website...sort of. After having experimented (and gone broke) with a full-fledged bespoked site that was severely underused in the past, we reckon that a stripped-down, simple approach to things might be more in favour of our pace.
We're hoping to make some changes soon, but chiefly among them, removing our music from Spotify (as impractical and self-sabotaging as it sounds) is our main priority.
Look, it's not like anyone really listens to us, and we reckon that taking things in-house (as slow as it is) will be better on our hearts in the long run. And we won't judge others who stay on the platform.
It's just that we feel we don't really want to be on a platform where musicians are given a raw deal, as well as the fact that funds are being used for weapon development, which is another red flag.
We're not trying to be righteous. We're just trying to save whatever's left of a conscience that we have left.
For more information on how streaming is cooked, check out this video from Venus Theory (among others that you can check out).
By the way, we're The Propositions. Self-described as Malaysia's Tiniest Indie Band. And we're not entirely sure if we're here to stay, but we're definitely here to play.
Check out what we're about on our YouTube channel, as well as on Instagram.
